Tommy Bahama opens Marlin Bar at Town Square in August - Eater Vegas
"After 13 years in Las Vegas, island living kingpins Tommy Bahama revamps its restaurant at Town Square into Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, opening in mid-August. Doug Wood, the CEO of Tommy Bahama, describes this new casual dining and shopping experience as 'a fun, lively place that leads with the bar, offers great food, great ambiance, and a relaxed shopping experience.' The 5,560 square-foot location has an open floor plan that flows from the restaurant and bar into the retail store with a large covered patio. Diners place their orders at the bar, and servers deliver.
