"From country singer Jason Aldean comes a two-story, 22,500-square-foot live-music venue inside the 63 City Center building that will open in December; Aldean will be on-site Thursday, December 5 for the grand opening. The first floor can accommodate about 500 people with tables and booths facing a stage where bands and soloists perform daily. The main bar on this level is the Tractor Bar, built around a full-size vintage John Deere tractor as a nod to Aldean’s song "Big Green Tractor." A staircase leading upstairs positions visitors to look up at the oversized guitar that looms over the Guitar Bar; next to it is a second live-music space anchored by a stage that becomes more of a club-style dance floor on weekends when a DJ takes over. Other features include a cozy VIP area decorated with Aldean’s personal photos and memorabilia, a total of six bars, a celebrity-ready recording studio, an iHeartRadio studio where country station 95.5 the Bull will air music and occasionally conduct live interviews, and a terrace/patio that offers sweeping views of the center of the Las Vegas Strip. Food on both levels includes a pot roast with mashed potatoes, a peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream, "Jason’s Mac and Cheese," a 36-ounce tomahawk steak, and bar fare such as burgers and chicken sandwiches; the bar menu will feature roughly a dozen signature cocktails and draft beer, and there is a plan to eventually offer a weekend brunch. One hallway on the second level contains a remembrance mural for the victims of the Route 91 Harvest festival shooting: the mural expresses thanks to first responders and bears a modified version of the Route 91 logo that includes the names of the victims. Aldean was performing on stage on October 1, 2017, when the gunman began firing into the crowd — the attack resulted in 60 deaths and hundreds wounded — and Aldean later expressed his condolences on Instagram. The venue occupies space one floor beneath the Ocean Prime steakhouse and is timed to open just in time for the National Finals Rodeo, one of the year's biggest December events." - Janna Karel
