"Known as an Italian-style cocktail destination and a five-year-old neighborhood favorite prior to the sale, Bar Fausto was a buttoned-up RiNo watering hole famous for an expansive amaro selection and previously featured TRVE Brewing Co. taps; it also closed at midnight and did not open on Mondays or Tuesdays.
