"On the 10th floor, The Parlour will function as the rooftop lobby and a separate 77-seat bar with a lounge and games—bumper pool, poker tables, and a tabletop shuffleboard—framed in a vintage design with old-fashioned radios, leather banquettes, reclaimed chandeliers, and 1920s photography.
