"Portland restaurant industry vet Eric Arthur took over the space once home to Red Robe Tea House in Old Town, hoping to save a longstanding third place for Portland’s tea lovers. Arthur and tea curator Kevin Von Buren picked a lineup of teas focused on their impact on the body, with an emphasis on oolong and pu’erh.
