"In 2015, Nicole Grinstead and Andrew Sepic bought a 1971 G0-Tag-a-long travel trailer and converted it into the coffee shop of their dreams. After studying the traffic patterns outside of Burlington, the couple parked it in a lot in the busy intersection “Five Corners” in Essex Junction. There, they keep commuters caffeinated, and in winter, they move the roaming coffee bar over to the foot of the Sugarbush Ski Resort to the south. In 2018, the couple opened up this full-fledged bricks-and-mortar café in Burlington’s South End, complete with some mouthwatering breakfast and lunch options. Both locations use Brio Coffeeworks Beans and organic milk from Kimball Brook farms." - Heather Platt
