"Bayview brewery and distillery Seven Stills breaks the usual mold by brewing beers and then distilling them into whisky. For beer week, they’re releasing a collaboration beer with Alvarado Street, the fantastic Monterey brewer, called Tomahawp — a huge, juicy but not bitter IPA.
