"After 26 years helming the kitchen at Joe’s Stone Crab, chef André Bienvenu opened a steak-and-seafood house on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The chef/partner focuses his menu on freshly caught seafood, USDA Prime steaks from Allen Brothers, and (yes) stone crabs, paired with a wine list created by sommelier Stephan Cole.
