"I followed Bread Spread Pickle as the pandemic-era pop-up where Harter and his partner made their own bread and pickles; an accidental surplus of giardiniera led Harter to chop it and add olives for the muffuletta olive salad, and their early oversized 12–14-inch rounds were refined down to the right proportions.
