Spice Trade opens in fall 2019 in Greenwood Village | Eater Denver

"Debuting at the airport this summer, this will be the first retail shop from a roaster who already sells Ethiopian beans online. Located on the west side of the main terminal, the shop will feature light-roast Ethiopian coffee as its centerpiece, alongside local kombucha, fruit smoothies, pastries and grab-and-go items; the owner roasts about 15 pounds of coffee a day and currently operates a jewelry kiosk at the airport." - Susan Stapleton
