"Simple Abundance cooking class at Cook’s Warehouse-AnsleyConcentrics Restaurant Group and The Atlanta Community Food Bank team up Monday, May 14 at 6:30 pm. for a cooking class taught by chefs Michael Bertozzi (Two Urban Licks, Molly B’s) and Matt Weinstein (TAP Gastropub). Instruction includes searing and basting steaks, preparing gnocchi, blanching and seasoning vegetables, and making French creuller along with a wine pairings discussion.
