The steakhouse inside the Michelin Key-winning Hotel Swexan in the Harwood District offers seven courses for $125 per person that is fixated on showcasing the HWD beef program, which is exclusive to Harwood Hospitality restaurants. The set menu offers dishes including HWD beef tartare on toasted brioche with Dijon cream, beef dumplings, charred carrots, and a dry-aged strip.
