"Marmo, an Italian chophouse, will take over part of the space with seating for 350 guests including 150 outdoors. The dockside menu will include steaks, homemade pastas, and of course, extensive seafood options. The restaurant also plans to showcase an array of Italian wines as well as its own themed cocktails in the main interior bar that sports panoramic water views from the second-floor terrace." - Claudia Rosenbaum
