"Tekka Bar at Block 16 Urban Food Hall now features hand rolls created by guest chefs, including José Andrés with his jamón roll inspired by his Spanish tapas restaurant Jaleo, and the gambas roll. For every one of Andrés’ specialty rolls purchased, Tekka Bar will donate $1 to World Central Kitchen. Future rolls will come from Rick Gencarelli and Chris Cosentino." - Susan Stapleton
