"Armando Lacayo’s version—made by the Nicaraguan-French baker who draws lines daily on Arguello Street and already has a second location in Civic Center—has become a modern classic. Ownership announced via Instagram that a third bakery will open on Monday, March 10 inside the Verde building at 1070 Bridgeview Way in the Mission Rock development. The new outpost will operate Monday through Friday at first, with hours expanding to include Saturday and Sunday beginning Saturday, April 5 (timed to Giants Opening Weekend).
