"An aging Five Points building that most recently housed a Family Dollar will soon get a new life as sports bar Brewster’s Bar and Grille, reports Nashville Post. Local businessman Dhruv Patel, who co-owns the Brewster’s in Portland, Tennessee, is manning the project. The vibe and programming will be similar to its inaugural 10-year-old location, complete with a dance floor, karaoke nights, live music, and pool tournaments. The Portland bar, located a 30-minute drive north, offers a casual pub menu filled with craft beer options, burgers, sandwiches, fries, steaks, salads, and fish entrees. Rotating specials include an all-day happy hour on Monday and Sunday calls for half-priced wings. A pizza-and-beer deal on Tuesdays features a 10-inch pizza with three toppings and domestic pitcher for $12." - Tierney Plumb
