New Neighborhood French Joint Coming to Cole - Eater Denver
"A new fine dining spot is now opened inside the Isle Casino Hotel in Black Hawk. Roxy Restaurant and Bar, which is open from 5 to 10 p.m. on Sunday, Monday and Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, serves a fine dining menu consisting of such dishes as seared day scallops, a roasted rack of lamb and Alaskan king crab. The restaurant, which opened earlier this month, bills its dry-aged Kansas City strip steak as its specialty.
