"Planned for 235 Kent Avenue, near North First Street in Williamsburg, Field Guide is from Tim Meyers (who worked in the kitchens of Blanca, Eleven Madison Park, and Charlie Bird and on the corporate side of John Fraser’s hospitality group) and is inspired by the American artist Andrew Wyeth, aiming to translate “sights, sounds and flavors” and reframe the traditional farm-to-table concept for the modern palate; the 60-seat restaurant will serve dishes like pork and fig leaf terrine and squash-wrapped trout, and Wine Director Mackenzie Khosla — a partner in Field Guide — joins from Pasquale Jones, Bar Boulud, and Marta." - Emma Orlow
