"A private-chef operation based in Harlem run by a Bronx-born chef who describes her cooking as "soul food through a fine-dining lens." Lagomarsini wrote on Instagram: "I am so excited and honored to finally share the news that I’ll be competing this year on@bravotopchefseason 22! This was the realization of years of hard work and a deep passion for cooking and telling my story. Being here, with this amazing group of chefs, is a dream come true, and I couldn’t be more honored ☺️To Canada we go!" She apprenticed under Francis Mallmann in Patagonia and worked in New York kitchens including Momofuku Ko, Restaurant Daniel, and Gramercy Tavern; she attended Northeastern University and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, participated in the James Beard Foundation’s chef boot camp for policy and advocacy, and has appeared on Food Network’s Chopped and Netflix’s Pressure Cooker." - Melissa McCart
