"A food truck-turned-permanent restaurant that began operating in 2015 and now has a storefront in Wellesley. It specializes in rice burgers—rice compressed into bun-like discs—with fillings such as chicken katsu, bulgogi steak, soy-marinated chicken and vegetarian/vegan options like soy patties and shiitake mushrooms. The menu also features rice bowls and salads using the same proteins, plus shoestring french fries and frozen yogurt.
