"There are a few excellent delis in town, and this Bishop Arts spot is the newcomer on that list. Trade’s serves a large spread of sandwich options, and it’s a master of them all. The menu features luscious French dips, pastrami served in New York and Reuben styles, Italian beef, a chicken panini, a pulled pork torta, and one hell of a chicken salad. Served up on fresh breads, no sandwich here will disappoint. There is a selection of coffee drinks, freshly made lemonades and juices, and a natural wine list.
