"St. Joseph Shrine will host its sixteenth annual family-friendly Oktoberfest on Sept. 23 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sept. 24 from noon to 8 p.m. The event features a special German dinner, Oktoberfest beers, a stein-holding competition (registration required) with a trophy for both the men’s and women’s winners, live pony rides, a petting zoo, and live music from various German bands." - Courtney Burk
