"A new bakeshop that just landed on Garnet Avenue will deliver fresh, warm cookies to your door at nearly any hour of the day or night. Insomnia Cookies, which was founded in a college dorm room in Philadelphia, now counts over 100 locations across the country; the Pacific Beach location is the chain’s second in California. Stocking a dozen different cookie flavors, including Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe, the shop also offers a full ice cream menu with cookies a la mode and cookie ice cream sandwiches as well as cookie cakes and brownies. The San Diego shop is open every day until 3 a.m., with delivery beginning at 10 a.m. on weekdays and noon on weekends. Delivery is also available until 3 a.m. every day.
