"I was dismayed to learn that Muddy Paws Cheesecake, at 7600 West 27th Street in St. Louis Park, was ransacked during a recent blizzard: photos show the bakery trashed after burglars broke in through the roof (then accidentally locked themselves out and returned to smash the front-door glass), leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling that let thunder-snow fall into the space all weekend. Checkbooks and cash were stolen, and owner Tami Cabrera says insurance won’t cover the damages.
