"I’m interested in Brick and Mortar at Pullman Yards, which picked chef Kiyoka Nishikawa (Cheffrey’s Kitchen) for a chef residency starting August 16 to serve a traditional seven-course Kaiseki for $80 per person with two nightly seatings of 20 guests (reservations required); Brick and Mortar will also launch a regular menu on August 14 led by culinary director Alan Somphonephakdy with dishes like corn scallion fritters with hot honey, massaman curry potato egg rolls with green chutney sauce, and a smash burger (no reservations needed for the regular menu)." - Henna Bakshi
