The former Old Hollywood room overlooks the Pacific Ocean, and on a clear day, diners (or drinkers) can spot Downtown LA. Chef de cuisine Max Pfeiffer put together a menu where old meets new with a beautifully executed beef Wellington, or the steak tartare with pickled mustard, cornichons, capers, and beef fat before adding potato chips and egg yolk jam.
