"Local heavy-hitter Daniel del Prado opened Dexter’s in August 2024, establishing a “refined sports bar.” Sure, the game is on the TVs and there are (fancy!) burgers on the menu, but it’s nothing like your standard sports bar. You’ll find only local craft beers on tap alongside bottles of local and domestic brews. There are three martinis that can be ordered individually or as an oh-so-trendy “Tiny ‘Tinis” flight (plus a separate espresso martini), and a few classic cocktails. There are Dexter’s-only drinks, too, which incorporate rarer ingredients like avocado pit orgeat, poblano liqueur, and hay botanical liqueurs.
