She Wolf Bakery Is Opening at the Brooklyn Navy Yard | Eater NY

"A bread fixture at farmer’s markets throughout the city, She Wolf will open its first permanent indoor bakery inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard later this year at 141 Flushing Avenue with a street-level spot in building 77, and is relocating its headquarters from Greenpoint to the Navy Yard on track to open in December. Operated by Andrew Tarlow’s Marlow Collective, the bakery opening follows employees’ vote to unionize in February 2024 — a historic decision shrouded by some controversy.
