"For its six-month tenure — which started the end of September — the pop-up space has exploded with plant life, purple lights, and rainbow wallpaper. Customers approach an iPad-studded counter to order from a menu of CapRock vodka and gin cocktails, brandies, and hot teas mixed with those spirits. The bar itself is hidden away like the backstage of a production.
