"Jack Poole and Chris Shapiro just opened Mutation Brewing Co. in Sandy Springs, taking over the former Taqueria Tsunami restaurant on Roswell Road. Look for around eight to 12 beers on tap once the brewery ramps up production, including a double IPA and milk stout, as well as hard seltzers and a Peruvian drink called the chicha made with purple corn.
