Another Restaurant Closes at Downtown Summerlin - Eater Vegas
"Crave American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is the latest restaurant to close at Downtown Summerlin. The restaurant opened in October 2014 when the shopping center south of Red Rock Resort debuted. Crave served a mix of American cuisine and modern sushi fare for lunch and dinner. The menu featured scallops with butternut squash risotto, a bison burger, and lamb meatballs with poblano cream sauce. A pizza oven displayed in the open kitchen area prepared flatbreads. Over at the sushi bar, specialty rolls were served on one of the decorated Hoshii, Geisha or Samurai sushi boats." - Susan Stapleton
