"Once a famed, hidden Tribeca bakery owned by baker Roger Gural, Arcade was shuttered when Gural decided to retire and close the shop in the summer of 2019; chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson — long fans who had been serving Gural’s bread at Frenchette — approached him with the idea of carrying the bakery’s legacy forward when the space became available.
