"This first-floor, British-inspired cocktail bar at the hotel offers cozy pub-style design with outdoor seating and is open daily from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The drink program highlights creative cocktails (including a barrel-aged whiskey and coffee‑amaro blend and a gin cocktail made with a local distillery’s Celebration gin) plus a malted boozy frappe with chocolate ice cream. The beer and cider list is almost entirely New England (Smuttynose, Allagash, Jack’s Abby, Harpoon), and the wine list leans French, Italian, and Californian. Food skews toward New England flavors—think a lobster BLT, New England stuffies, plentiful raw seafood and customizable seafood towers (jumbo shrimp, oysters, octopus escabeche, king crab legs), as well as hearty bar fare like a hefty charcuterie board, Buffalo wings, and a “glizzy stick” (potato-crusted hot dog with kimchi and spicy mayo). Desserts nod to local classics with whoopie pies and Boston cream pie. The menu is overseen by executive chef Stephen Bukoff, who has extensive Four Seasons experience." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
