"In 2018, two Austin restaurant giants, Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue and Uchi’s Tyson Cole, created an Asian smokehouse and bar called Loro in Austin. Since then, they have added two additional branches in East Dallas and Houston, and they are set to open two more restaurants (one each in Dallas and Houston) in 2022 and 2023.
