Cusher takes over for Michael Perez who has accepted a new position at Charleston’s Cannon Green. Cusher has worked at Cochon in New Orleans and comes to Atlanta via Charleston where he has worked for five years for the Indigo Road restaurant group. The group owns Donetto along with Westside sushi restaurant O-Ku as well as Colletta and Oak Steakhouse at Avalon in Alpharetta. [AJC]" - Beth McKibben
