The Best Restaurants in Beacon Hill

"Melissa Miranda’s flagship Filipino restaurant is one of the most famous spots in all of Seattle, but it still lives up to the hype. On a recent visit the star entree was the seared black cod, a standard on menus all over town but here livened up with some deeply savory bonito flakes. It’s the kind of place where unexpected items can delight — on a recent visit, the greens and mushrooms soaked in adobo sauce had an incredible depth of flavor, and the jackfruit and mango sorbet was tart and sweet and complex, ice cream for grown-ups. One added perk is that many of the items here on gluten-free and marked as such -Harry Cheadle" - Joey Carreon
