Picanha Steak Truck plans to open its first restaurant | Eater Vegas
"What began as a Street Dogs vehicle evolved into a busy food truck frequently parked around Las Vegas; its signature offering for the last three years has been a steak sandwich cooked rare or medium-rare and prepared with spinach, cherry tomatoes, a special sauce, and french fries. The truck also serves plate meals accompanied by a Caesar salad, beef or grilled shrimp tacos, salads, fried green plantains, and grilled corn.
