"Deb Paquette is putting her signature touch on mama’s day with a la carte brunch and dinner service. During the day, mom will be treated to crab cakes topped with poached eggs and confit garlic hollandaise s, rhubarb jam-stuffed and French toast cornmeal fried catfish burritos, while the evening brings shrimp, mussels and pork belly pasts, seared lamb loin, and a roasted beet, berry and bacon salad.
