"CoolVines, a New Jersey–based wine shop with three outposts from Mark Censits, is opening a restaurant at 12 Coles Street, at Maxwell Street; the name nods to the history of the stretch as Maxwell Rope Walk, where nautical ropes were made. Rolling out in February 2025, the restaurant will offer a seasonal rotating menu from chef Alex Tronstad, who worked under James Beard–semifinalist Efrén Hernández at Casa Susanna at Rivertown Lodge upstate in Leeds.
