"Located in an industrial stretch just south of the airport runways at the corner of Grier Drive and Paradise Road, this casual concept from chef Vince Upperman replaces a recently shuttered sandwich shop and gives diners a clear choice between health-focused and indulgent plates. Health-inspired items span roughly 198 to 550 calories while the Glutton side ranges from about 550 up to 1,300 calories, and most menu items are priced below $13.99. Offerings include burgers, bowls, salads, smoothies, cauliflower‑crust pizzas and 'plate' selections such as chicken and waffles, fish tacos, avocado toast and a sirloin steak plate; the namesake Glutton features braised pork belly, candied bacon and chicharróns. The spot has daytime-friendly hours (opening at 10 a.m.), stays open until 9 p.m. on most days and closes earlier on weekend afternoons." - Bradley Martin
