"Hollywood hotel dining tends to be hit or miss, but with a menu from renowned chef Wes Avila, Ka’teen makes for a worthy dinner destination. The striking outdoor space looks like something straight out of a Tulum resort with wicker lanterns hanging overhead and jungle plants in every corner. Start with a prawn aguachile or kanpachi crudo before orderins mains like the cochinita pibil served in a banana leaf, or the bone-in carne asada ribeye. The chips and guacamole is a must-order, served in a molcajete with heirloom tomatoes. The prices are a bit on the higher end, but the portions are quite generous. Ka’teen is best if dining with a group as most dishes are sized to share. Book a table on Resy." - Rebecca Roland
