Vegetarians will have a field day, with a host of salads in addition to 14 options including lentils and rice with caramelized onion, and stuffed grape leaves. Lamb pie and beef bulgur dumplings are among the heartier options; and salmon with sumac potatoes is a good pick for fish fans.
