"Opened in 2021 and abruptly closed on June 4, 2025, this Beverly Hills steakhouse specialized in char-grilled, theatrical steaks and lavish, Instagram-friendly presentations. The menu highlighted a mustard-marinated Amor (branded as the private reserve cut), a thick-cut wagyu “Woww” steak, a signature tomahawk and a decadent Golden Experience that included 24-carat gold–coated items (a gold tomahawk at $950, a golden Amor at $1,500, and a four-pound wagyu New York strip for $2,000); the kitchen also served meat sushi topped with Parmigiano on sushi rice. The owner, famous for a viral table-side salt-sprinkling routine, was on-site for the opening weekend to perform his signature presentation." - Rebecca Roland
