"White Elm Café Bakery, at 14079 Memorial Drive, will serve breakfast pastries and bread baked in-house, Greek-inspired lunches and dinners and brunch on the weekends. The restaurant is the work of a number of Houston industry veterans, including Tasos Katsaounis of Bread Man Baking, Chez Nous owners Scott and Stacy Simonson, and Chico Ramirez. The menu includes French and Mediterranean dishes, vegan and vegetarian options, cold-pressed juices, craft beer, and French wine.
