"The Indian mainstay will serve a menu prepared by executive chef Nilesh Singhvi, available exclusively from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. The 4-course menu is priced at $90 per person and begins with coconut shorba followed by a choice of appetizers that include green pea seekh kebab with ginger and sweet mango chutney; trout calchao with chili, wine vinegar and coconut khichdi. Select an entrée like ginger halibut with tamarind, coconut, black pepper, and stone flower or tandoori lamb chop with shiitake korma.
