"A restaurant focused on “artisanal” enchiladas and other Tex-Mex comfort food will open in far North Dallas in mid-November. LADA is helmed by chef Michael Ehlert, who was previously the executive chef at Mirador and The French Room, both in Dallas. The menu will feature locally-sourced ingredients in dishes like the cider-glazed steak and chipotle-mahi enchiladas. Micheladas, freshly-made agua fresca and craft beer will also be served.
