"Norigami’s trendy, neon-lit sushi bar is a prime pitstop for hand rolls and cocktails thanks to its accompanying speakeasy cocktail lounge. Start with its hamachi or bluefin crudo before digging into the spicy scallops hand roll that’s an assembly of cucumber, chili garlic aioli, and tobiko, or its yellowtail hand roll that is laced with agua chile. Layered with a rich combination of uni, toro, wagyu, foie gras, caviar, and gold flakes, the Menage Foie Gras is the ideal “last, but not least” hand roll to finish the experience.
