"The O’Shaughnessy Distillery is planned to be located in Prospect Park, behind Surly Brewing. The distillery is being developed by cousins Michael and Patrick O’Shaughnessy, who will rehabilitate a former potato processing facility. The distillery will produce a range of spirits including a potato-based vodka, American and Irish gin, rum, Irish-style liqueurs, an Irish single-malt whiskey, and bourbon. The site will include outdoor seating and a parking lot. The project is in early stages, with no projected opening date yet." - Joy Summers
