"A forthcoming burger-focused concept staging a Memorial Day Weekend sneak peek, offering thin-blend smash burgers made from ground chuck and brisket that are smashed until crispy with nearly caramelized edges, topped with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and a citrusy yuzu–sesame oil sauce. The pop-up preview also serves seasoned fries dusted with furikake and ice cream concretes in nostalgic flavors like strawberry and Oreo; as an incentive, the first 25 people in line at the preview were promised free burgers for a year.
