"Adelina is a sleek downtown restaurant under the umbrella of Fabio Viviani, but the real stars here are the trio of Detroit chefs — Marco Dalla Fontana, Gabriel Botezan, and Gabriela Botezan. Outwardly, the restaurant reads trendy, but it serves warm and inviting Italian classics like sausage and peppers, fried calamari, and plenty of fresh pasta.
